I’ve spent 14 years working alongside creatives and executives to ideate and execute.

I know who is on what, when, why, at what cost and for what client- across every project, every day.

I listen, question to understand and lead the team. I analyze to make decisions quickly and with intention. I ensure the team is aligned on the expectation- to exceed the expectation.

My mind is on the whole picture, my eyes are on the nuts and bolts. I keep the engine moving.

I have lifelong relationships with former employers, employees, business partners and clients. I take reputation seriously and believe the best way is the honest way.

I lead through clear direction, trust, and a “we’re in this together” mindset. I strive to build up those around me, celebrating achievements and working through fumbles.

I take responsibility to learn what I do not know. I take accountability for my mistakes. If I am on the team, I am committed to the team.

I am a mother, a wife, a family person. A lover of food and wine, the ocean, conversations with strangers, art in all forms.
